Weekend Bingewatch: I Watched 'The Masked Singer' On Hulu And Here's What You Need To Know
FOX

"The Masked Singer" premiered its first season in January 2019 on FOX and is now in the middle of its third.

This show isn't your every day singing competition like "The Voice" or "American Idol," it's so much more fun than those.

Season one has 10 episodes and season two has 13. While the show is in its third season on FOX right now, you can find the first two on Hulu.

This show is SO much fun to watch and has so many components to it that make it such a good bingewatch.

What you should know about "The Masked Singer":

The premise of the show is that a bunch of celebrities are dressed in insane costumes and they sing and get voted on by a panel of judges and the audience. The judges have to guess based on their voice and their clue video that is shown before performances, who the singer is.

The person singing could be a professional singer, athlete, actor, comedian, etc. The clues given in the video are very subtle and can relate to anything in that person's life.

At the end of each episode, the audience and panel vote on their favorite performer, whoever gets the least amount of votes has to reveal their identity.

The panel of judges is obviously star-studded, featuring Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger with Nick Cannon as the host.

This past weekend I bingewatched season one and two and am currently watching the third one live on TV.

This show is so addicting because of its guessing-game nature. It's definitely exciting when you have a guess on who the singer is and they are about to be revealed and you get to see if you were right the whole time.

There are for SURE some crazy shocking reveals that you would have never expected to be a good singer.

It's definitely more fun to bingewatch this show because you get to see everything happen more quickly. Watching it live is frustrating when you want to know what happens but have to wait WEEKS until everyone is revealed.

The one con about this show is that there are going to be some performers that you aren't a fan of and get bored watching the performances and just want to get to the end to see who gets revealed, but overall it is a very good weekend bingewatch.

This show gets a 9 out of 10 recommendation for your weekend bingewatch.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
