It's Friday night and I am done with the wave of tests and exams, so I decide to reward myself with a weekend of Netflix. At first I try to watch a new show but obviously I can't find a show that I like so there's only one thing left for me to do: binge watch my favorites. This is just a list of shows that I absolutely am addicted to! On any given day, if I cannot find good shows/ movies to watch I can always re-watch these.
1. "Grey's Anatomy"
This is by far the show that I like the most. Although it can be argued that the authenticity and the practicality of the medicine in this show is a joke, it is still a show filled with the emotional and personal aspect of what it means to be a doctor. Since my interest is in the field of medicine, I can't seem to let go of this show. The one drawback with this show that I personally dislike is the amount of drama in it. Every episode there is a new twist in the plot and it makes the show more dramatic and exaggerated than I prefer.
2. "Friends"
Where Grey's Anatomy is the intense, dramatic, nail-biting show, Friends is the opposite. When I want to have a laugh or just 'chill,' this is my go-to show along with "How I Met Your Mother." But "Friends" has way less drama than either "How I Met Your Mother' or "Grey's Anatomy." This is just plain stand-up comedy and the best part is it ended 10 years ago and is still relevant and binge-worthy.
3. "HIMYM"
This show has decent stand-up comedy and also a great story with tolerable drama.
4. "Stranger Things"
This is a show that recently started, but after its release it took everyone by surprise with how well it was received. It has everything: horror, suspense, mystery, mild romance, and conspiracy. The part that I liked about this show was that most of the significant actors are children, making the show more appealing and interesting.
5. "Jessica Jones"
This is also one of my favorites since it has two powerful characters who try to conquer each other by using their powers. The best part about this show is the element of suspense, which makes it binge-worthy.
