So many people are on health kicks these days trying to get ready for summer. With summer being right around the corner, many people are wondering the best way to get rid of the belly and leg fat that has been hindering them from their bikini body for so long. Here are some great tips on how to get the best body in town, making you happier than ever!

1. Eat a healthy breakfast.

Krispy Kreme will give you just the right amount of energy to start your day. Make sure you get a double shot of espresso in your coffee. This is great for your calorie count and will most definitely start up your metabolism.

2. Top your double fudge ice cream with some strawberries.

Adding fruit to your desserts seriously makes all the difference in nutritional value.

3. Consider eating as a religious hobby.

Pizza is the best hobby to consider practicing when trying to lose weight. After all, it is a religion and a lifestyle.

4. Do not ever run.

Running makes your body very tired, which is just bad for you. Do NOT run. Ever.

5. Eat out more often.

I know that you may hate eating Burger King, Cook Out, or Chick-fil-a, but if you can just bear through it, these superfoods will give you ever essential vitamin and mineral you need and more!

6. Drink as much coffee as you would like.

Sugar, cream, and all, coffee keeps you awake and alert all day. Never doubt its powers and all that it can do for your body.

7. Go to the gym once a month.

Being a regular at the gym is the key to success. And the best part is, you don't even have to work out! As long as you have the cutest Lulu Lemon work out gear, you're bound to drop pounds in just days!

8. Make sure you are getting enough sleep.

Did you know that you actually burn calories when you sleep? So take tons of naps! Make sure you sleep at least 8 hours every night and take 3 additional naps during the day.

9. Snack throughout the day.

Snacking throughout the day will give you much more energy. A small bag of Doritos every few hours should do the trick

10. Eat whatever you want, when you want.

Eating is good for the soul. It makes people happy. If you want to eat, eat. Good food can solve just about any problem and will always make you feel better.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings.
