How To Scheme Like A Pro During Big Little Week

Although every sorority does it differently, every sorority does the big/little tradition. Whether it's an entire big/little week, or just one day filled with treats and surprises, big/little is still a tradition that all sororities partake in. This week is big/little week for my sorority, along with others across the nation. With big/little week, comes new people, new adventures, and many surprises. The key to the entire week is maintaining a mask and not revealing yourself until the big day!! There are many different ways you can trick your little if she's on to you so that she has no idea who you are...

Have your friend post on her wall and then delete it.

This is such a classic. If you're unsure if your little is on to you or not, just have a friend post on her wall saying something along the lines of "so happy you're in my fam, little!!" and then delete it soon after, making sure that she sees it. This will leave your little so confused and thrown off, she'll be dying to know who you truly are.

Text her by accident from one of your sister's real numbers.

Text her by accident from a friend's number and she will for sure try to find that number on facebook and then believe it's someone that isn't you!!

Go out to lunch with her and have someone leave gifts in her room while you are with her.

If you go out to lunch with her and spend quality time and then she returns to a present filled room directly after, she'll know it can't be you! This is a totally amazing idea.

Have one of your friends get lunch with her and "accidentally" slip and say that it's them.

Although this isn't the most believable, someone could accidentally "slip" while out to lunch with her and say that you are her.

Leave someone else's ID in her room while you are leaving her something there.

This is such a good one. Once she see's your friends ID, she'll automatically think it's her. So smart.

Overall, big/little week is so much fun. Trick them, surprise them, love them. Am I right? Or am I right?

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

You're away from home and your mom who can take care of you and all you really want to do is just be in your own bed. Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
