If you are going through a season of worry, anxiety, fear, sorrow, or unrest in your life - you are not alone. Many people, myself included, are experiencing this right now; but this morning when my body woke me up at 5 am because I was too anxious to sleep, instead of continuing to my anxiety attack by trying to force it down, I cracked open my Bible.
In those silent hours of the morning before dawn, I experienced an overwhelming feeling of serenity for having just woken up due to an anxiety attack in my sleep. I believe there is strength in numbers and why not have your one other be God when you’re feeling lost or alone?
