College is a tough time in life. You have work, along with a million things that you have to do at school. Which is not limited to internships, homework, exams, and job searching.
But one thing that always gets me through the week is God's word. It never changes, and its the best advice you could ever get. So here are some verses for whats been bringing you down this semester.
Being upset- "Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going," John 14.
Being anxious- "Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God," Philippians 4.
Struggling Financially- " Better is the little that the righteous has than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the Lord upholds the righteous," Psalms 37.
In need of guidance- "I was brutish and ignorant; I was like a beast toward you. Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever," Psalms 73.
I know this semester is difficult, but this opportunity you have is something many do not. Remember how blessed you are!
