Sometimes, we all need a little encouragement from above to calm us down.

1. James 1:19-20

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

2. Proverbs 15:1

A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

3. Colossians 3:8

But now you yourselves are to put off these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language, out of your mouth.

4. Proverbs 29:11

A fool vents all his feelings, but a wise man holds them back.

5. Ephesians 4:26-27

"Be angry, and do not sin": do not let the sun down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.

6. Ephesians 4:31-32

Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, ad evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

7. Psalm 4:4-5

Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the Lord.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
