Anyone can feel super stressed out. People of all ages, whether you are in your 20's or 50's. Stress comes from many different causes, whether you're having a late day in the office, your kids won't stop fighting with each other, the library doesn't open until 8am and you still need to print your essay, or just the little things that add up to you taking on so many tasks. Yoga has so many health benefits, especially relation to stress. Yoga improves concentration and focus, and also eases migrants.

2. COLORING BOOKS

No, I'm not talking about coloring disney princesses (I mean if you like that too, great!) I'm taking about what has been all the rave. Adult coloring books that relax the mind and can also bring out your inner child.

3. WORKOUT

My personally favorite way to relieve my stress is a great workout. It makes me feel so great afterward and I'm able to get great health benefits out of it too!

4. SPEND TIME WITH PETS

Who can say they are STILL stressed out while playing with a furry friend?

5. JOURNAL

Writing a journal, and documenting problems you may be concerned about or just logging in your daily activities can relax your mind and have a chance to just let everything out. You can also look back on it and see how far you've come!

6. PUNCH A PILLOW

Do it. Don't be ashamed, we all have to do it at some point.

7. YOUR FAVORITE PLACE

Go to your favorite place. Whether it is the little coffee shop on main street, your favorite viewing point high in the mountains, or your best friends house. Go there, and just breathe.

8. LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYLIST

John Mayer, James Arthur, The Fray.. are just a few of my faves.

9. RELAXATION MEDITATION

There's a whole bunch of meditation talk downs you can do, find your favorite on youtube and see for yourself how amazing and uplifting you feel afterward!

10. DISCONNECT FROM TECH

Try it, I know it'll be tough, but it will be worth it.

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
