The very first thing that you must know is that it's going to be okay.

Change can make you feel like you're loosing air to breathe, your mind fills with thoughts of torment, your heart races. Without change, we will never know what we are capable of. We will never know what else was out there.

This week, I'm speaking to myself honestly. When an end is coming to a season, it's just weird, it hurts. My season is that, at my school, there was this Bible study that was given to me to lead my junior year. It first began my sophomore year. It totally changed my life, it just seemed so great. God had given me so many ideas and vision. When it was handed down to me, there was so much expectation not only for me but for what would come of the bible study. It wasn't the same. There were so many factors that played into why I felt like the Holy Spirit was speaking to me to step away.

Jesus says that He is our lamp to our feet and light to our path. With those lights, He is guiding us with His light, truth, and love. We may feel like we are surrounded by darkness and we might be, but Jesus is with us.

How to know a season is ending.

The very first thing is that you will notice is that there are different people. With new people in a situation, they bring different things that God has given them. The atmosphere will seem odd due to the new talents and gifts of those people. Another hint that a season is ending is that some object outside of your control is present. Perhaps someone had a car wreck, maybe you unexpectedly got a job promotion. What ever it is, because of that new thing that has entered your life, old routines of life and emotions are different. Going along, to know that a season is ending, things just aren't working out like they used to. The most important factor to knowing that something is changing in your life is that you have to listen to the Holy Spirit. He is your guide and will tell you in your spirit.

What to do in the time of transition.

In this time of transition into your new season, you have to run to Jesus. Let your mind be contently filled with the truth of Jesus. A lot of times, the enemy will send fear to you, because better is yet to come! When the devil tried to tempt Jesus in the wilderness, He fought back with scripture. Keep your close Christian friends around you for support of this time. Be thankful for what blessings came from your last season, but don't mourn over it. Every season that you go through has a precise purpose and is part of a divine plan for your life! Be embracing what's to come and pray for that season. I know that sounds weird, but be praying for whatever worries you have, proclaim that blessings will be more abundantly than the last!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
