I'd be really shocked to find out that someone doesn't have a best friend and I'd also be really shocked to find out that you don't think your best friend(s) is the best best friend in the world. But, let me tell ya something, if your best friend(s) doesn't have these qualities - your best friend isn't really the best ... just sayin'.

1. She tells you that you're weird ... with love.

I mean, she hangs out with you ... so what does that make her? If your best friend can tell you you're weird and you don't get offended - you've reached ultimate friend goals.

2. You two communicate with "looks" far more than you use words.

I don't know about y'all but ... all I gotta do is give my best friend's a look and they just know. Nailed it.

3. If you and your best friend don't copy each other ... you're not really best friends.

Consider the "you sound just like ______" as a compliment. It's probably one of my favorite parts about best friendships.

4. When I run into my best friend after just seeing them an hour earlier ... it's all the same.

If you don't react like Honey Boo Boo's mom when you see me ... I'll make you turn around and do it again and make you act like you love me (because you really do tho).

5. Music. Our song. This is the story of our lives.

Self-explanatory.

6. They don't judge you for the food you eat ... even if it's the 12 count taco party pack from Taco Bell.

You know I'm gonna share my food with you so you'd never make fun of me for getting a twenty-count nugget at McDonald's or for wanting to eat Chik-fil-A four days in a row.

7. When your friends bring you gifts unexpectedly ... like sour patch kids & coke.

If your best friend(s) doesn't bring you surprise gifts, then you need to step it up. No, I'm joking of course. But seriously ... a best friend who supports your unnatural obsession for Sour Patch Kids is a true keeper.

8. When your best friend never turns down pizza for dinner. And she brings the coupons.

Bruh, I can't say enough about the friend who's always down for pizza and brings the coupons. Also, we clearly like to eat. Whatevaaaa. No judgement.

9. When time spent together means sharing funny memes with each other for hours.

My best friends tag me in funny videos/memes daily. Do your best friends do that? I hope so.

10. She loves you even though you bring absolutely nothing to the table.

She pays for your food more often than not. She buys you little gifts that remind her of you when she's at Target. She always remembers your birthday and buys you a gift for every holiday. And you really just clean the apartment you two share and provide emotional support that sometimes is a little too harsh and she never expects anything in return. That's a friend, I tell ya.

Best friends are a blessing from God. I wasn't blessed with any siblings, so my best friends are the siblings I chose for myself. I love living life with them and I'm thankful that they put up with me when I'm being weird and have no money to do the fun stuff. I wouldn't make it without you guys. Love ya long time.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
