Working out can be hard. Correction, working out is hard. I think the hardest part isn't the act of doing the workout itself, but all the effort that goes into preparing yourself physically and mentally to exercise. I'm not implying that once you get over these two obstacles that your workout is bound to be easy breezy (beautiful, Covergirl™). It'll probably still be some of the worst 45 minutes of your life, but your body sure will thank you for it afterwards.
