3. Inner Fire Yoga. This is the most relaxing of all the workout
classes. But, beware; all of the classes are hot yoga. So, while doing slow
pace yoga movements you will be sweating the entire time and burning off those

choose from faster pace classes, to extremely relaxing and calming classes. If
you want a good workout to clear your mind, then you should try a class at
