A journey that will contain many trials and tribulations that will test our desire, commitment, and determination to reaching our fullest potential. It is especially at these times that we must continue to have faith in our potential to achieve every single one of our dreams. Furthermore, it is imperative that we refrain from compromising on the reality we want to foster and the experiences we want to live.

Lesson #1 — Never settle for the ordinary when you deserve the extraordinary.

Hands down my favorite quotes of all time! This quote encourages us to create our own reality and reminds us that we don't have to be doing what everyone else is doing. Moreover, it highlights the unique contribution that every single one of us has for the world and encourages us to take action in creating our own path.

Lesson #2 — You hold the pen to your story. Foster your own reality. Leave your own legacy.

Sometimes the desire for "instant gratification" may push us away from recognizing the true progress we are making on our goals.

I have learned over the years that every challenge, opportunity, and experience is truly bringing us closer to the life of our dreams. Not only are they providing a stronger foundation for our lives, but they are also allowing us to learn about ourselves— our strengths, our weaknesses, our passions, our desires.
