As Marist students, we all love our school: the fall foliage, the ground hogs, the river view. But there are of, course, some things that really bother us. So, here is a list of some of the "best" things about Marist.
1. The library wind tunnel.
Proof that studying can kill.
2. Parking.
Thanks for the parking pass…20 minutes away from where I live.
3. Sodexo.
More specficially, the vegetarian selection.
4. The men’s division 1 teams.
Last in the division, number 1 in my heart.
5. Clean laundry facilities.
I love dropping my clean laundry into a puddle of muddy water.
6. Gartland.
A sh*thole so big they’re literally tearing it down.
7. FoxNet.
So glad the Wi-Fi works when you need it...like at registration.
8. Priority points.
Because 12 hours of school work isn’t enough.
9. Night class professors who end the class at exactly 9 p.m.
Because I didn’t have anything better to do.
10. The constant construction.
Because that’s not disruptive at all.
11. Fontaine.
Because I wanted to go 20 minutes out of my way.
12. The McCann gym.
If you want to work out in the depths of hell just go to the gym, it’s 90 degrees 100% of the time.
13. Being disappointed in the Cab.
Where the dollar nuggets at though?
14. The school spirit.
When the athletes parents are the only ones in attendance.
15. Seeing something, but not saying anything.
Kinda speaks for itself.
