College is a time where your best friends are more than likely about five feet away. Summertime, however, means those same great friends are now hours upon hours away.
Here's to the group chats that keep us close and the ten Snapchats you're likely to send to your squad this summer.
1. The "I miss you guys."
Tears are optional, but most include a countdown to when you will see each other again.
3. Dog pictures. Lots and lots of dog pictures.
The caption on these snapchats usually revolve around how cute your pup is, and why everyone should miss him/her.
5. "I can't believe I just woke up!!"
For when it's finally your day off and you accidentally sleep until 2:00 pm.
6. A scathing or loving movie review.
"Y'all, I just watched The Incredibles 2 and IT WAS AMAZING YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!" - me.
7. The "Treat Yo Self!"
For when your friend asks if they really need ANOTHER pair of shoes, or for when you finally get paid.
8. The tan lines.
For when you spend ALL DAY at the beach/lake/river and you just HAVE to show your squad how tan you are.
10. The "I never wanna leave home."
As much as you love and miss your college squad, home is where everything is better and everything is safe.
