We are all stuck at home with not a whole lot to do. Many people see this unexpected time off as a way to be productive and cross off things on their to-do lists. Others (like myself) see this as an opportunity to lay around and watch trashy television shows all day long. Reality shows are my guilty pleasure, and I am not ashamed to admit it. I look at reality television as a way to escape my own reality. The shows I have been tuning into range from families arguing non-stop with each other to couples renovating houses together to grown women throwing wine glasses at each other. If you are looking for something to give your brain a little break, take a look at what reality shows I have been binging.

1. "Keeping Up With The Kardashians"

The Kardashians never fail to give us the drama we crave to see. We have all seen their ups and downs in life. The non-stop chaos in this family never gets old.

2. "Dance Moms"

The dancing that you see on this show is great. The drama that happens between the moms is even better.

3. "Chrisley Knows Best"

This show will have you laughing non-stop. The Chrisley's are definitely a one of a kind family.

4. "The Real Housewives" Franchise

There is something oddly comforting about watching grown women argue with each other. The husbands with even engage in the drama sometimes. The ladies of this entire franchise are legendary and are guaranteed to always keep us entertained.

5. "Fixer Upper"

This is actually my go-to show when I need a break from any drama and craziness happening. Chip and Joanna Gaines are so entertaining to watch. I am amazed at how easy they make renovating a house look.

6. Vanderpump Rules

The drama that happens with the staff at Lisa Vanderpump's West Hollywood restaurant, SUR, is so addicting to watch. It is a train wreak I cannot seem to escape from.
