From a late night snack to an appetizer for the table, there are so many different restaurants in Madison that serve cheese curds, and here are some of the best places to get everybody's favorite cheesy dish.

The Old Fashioned is located on the Capitol square and is renowned for their mac and cheese, burgers, and especially their cheese curds. These curds are served with paprika sauce, and they look mouth watering.

2. Graze

Also alongside the Capitol, Graze is a Wisconsin favorite. One bite into these curds and you'll be hooked. The cheese is soft and melts in your mouth. These are irrisitable. And while you're here, try one of their Magic Coffees.

3. Dotty's Dumpling's Dowry

Located right near the Kohl Center, Dotty's is a Badger favorite. It is almost impossible to not crave a Dotty's burger with a side of amazing, cheesy curds.

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
