I have watched this teenage drama, eye-opening, amazing television show series two different times from season one to season nine. I loved and enjoyed watching all 187 episodes just as much the second time around. If you haven’t watched "One Tree Hill" before and you plan on it, you might want to wait and read this article once you finish the series. My absolute favorite couple is Nathan and Haley, and they share so many wonderful moments together. In my opinion, these are five of the best moments:

1. Nathan’s first tutoring session with Haley

Since Nathan is struggling in math and he desperately needs help, Haley agrees to tutor him. They were sitting by the water about to begin the session, and Nathan opens a box of Cracker Jacks. Inside, he finds a prize, which is a colorful bracelet. He puts the bracelet on Haley’s wrist, and says, “Don’t say I never gave you anything.” This is the scene where it all begins.

2. Nathan and Haley's very first kiss

Nathan continues to disappoint Haley time after time so he shows up at her house to apologize and make things right. Haley proclaims, “There’s nothing you can say or do that will surprise me.” She barely finishes talking because he immediately kisses her. A few moments later, Haley leaps into Nathan’s arms, and they continue to kiss. We were all eagerly waiting for this special moment to happen between the two of them. This is one of the sweetest moments between Nathan and Haley in season one.

3. Nathan's press conference

Before the press conference, Haley tells Nathan she is pregnant, and his reaction is disappointing and selfish. A few seconds before, he received a phone call and was offered a basketball scholarship to Duke so he was more focused on his personal great news. On live television at his press conference, he announces that he plans on playing at Duke but since he just learned that his wife is pregnant, he will not be making this decision alone about college ball. He will make this decision with his wife and his family’s best interest at heart. To finish his speech, he states, “Haley, no matter what happens, we’ll face it together. I promise I’ve never been happier. Everything is going to be okay.” This is by far one of my favorite moments from “One Tree Hill.”

4. The moment Nathan tells Haley he is officially an NBA player

Nathan is an awesome basketball player who has worked extremely hard toward making it to the NBA. Haley’s face is priceless when he tells her that he is the Charlotte Bobcats’ newest point guard. She instantly starts crying tears of joy and gives Nathan a huge bear hug. Haley and Nathan overcome numerous, tough obstacles, and they’ve continued to believe in one another through it all.

5. The moment Nathan confesses to Haley, "I was still proud of you."

In this scene, Nathan and Haley are trapped inside of his house because of the bad storm. While they are together, Nathan confesses that he remembers all of the great times they've spent with one another. Also, he informs Haley that even though he was hurting while she was away on tour, he was still proud of her. He proceeds to run outside in the storm to retrieve the newspaper clippings he kept about the tour. The wind is blowing so hard that it blows all of the clippings everywhere in the yard. In this moment, they are laughing and trying to catch them. They hugged each other tightly and kissed in the pouring rain. This is such an "awwww" moment because even though Nathan was struggling daily, he continued to support and love Haley when they were not together.

I know there are several, wonderful scenes between Nathan and Haley, but these are definitely some of the best moments between them. I bet this article makes you want to watch this amazing show again!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
