This is a classic that can always cheer you up. It will give you the confidence to have Cher's attitude and persistence to get over whatever is getting you down.

This movie empowers anyone that has ever had someone tell them they can't do something. Channel your inner Elle Woods and prove everyone wrong.

3. Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Take some time and watch this, learn that it's okay to take a day off and enjoy everything that life has to offer you.

4. Erin Brockovich

Erin Brockovich is a bad a** and she doesn't take it from anyone. Take matters in your own hands and stand up for yourself and others.

5. The Hangover

Everything about this movie is great and if you disagree, you're entitled to your own wrong opinion, but this movie will always cheer you up.

6. Mean Girls

This had to be on the list because this is and will always be a classic. Quoting this movie from start to finish will make you feel so much better, promise.

This duo is an automatic emotional boost, you'll be laughing too much to even think about why you're sad!

This is possibly one of the most underrated movies and it is such a good mood booster. You may want to rush through your life, but you might miss out on something right in front of you if you do that.

10. High School Musical

This doesn't even need any comment.

11. The Little Rascals

This movie is just too cute to be upset.

12. Forrest Gump

Granted this movie makes just about anyone cry, it makes you so happy because Tom Hanks and Forrest is so kind and doesn't care what anyone says. Always a favorite.

13. Mrs. Doubtfire

First of all, anything with Robin Williams (rest in peace, legend) is automatically funny and great. The is a childhood classic that will always brighten my day.

14. Up

Besides the heart-wrenching beginning, this movie is so great and cute.

15. John Tucker Must Die

Girls coming together to take down a guy who hurt them all, girl power at its finest.

Another great classic, Julia Andrews, and Anne Hathaway, what more could you want?

19. Dirty Dancing

Patrick Swayze. 'Nuff said.

Watching movies is better and cheaper than therapy, so might as well use that tv/laptop and enjoy a movie or six.
