10 Best Lines from Dr. Seuss's "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"

Christmas is coming, Christmas is coming! It's time to curl up on the couch in your Christmas jammies with some hot chocolate and enjoy some holiday cheer.

I love Dr. Seuss's "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" and Ron Howard's 2000 adaptation of his beloved story is my favorite cinematic Christmas special. So, I have taken the liberty of compiling a list of the best lines in the film for your holiday enjoyment:

1. When the Grinch totally called out a taxi driver for profiling.

2. When Mr. Grinch was able to say what we're all afraid to.

3. He reminded us of the importance of exercise.

4. And of "me time."

5. If the Grinch can get out of the house sometimes, so can I.

6. When he gave us a sure-fire way to forget those ill-advised drunken evenings.

7. When he was totally body positive.

8. But then reminded us how frustrating it is to look this good.

9. Giving us some much-needed encouragement after finals.

10. Most importantly, reminding us that Christmas is indeed the most wonderful time of the year.

We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:
