How can you possibly resist homemade ice cream and candy? Good thing about Margie's is that there are two locations, an original shop and one located on Montrose Avenue. It's a very classic ice cream shop that will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

At Jeni's there are dozens of ice cream, sorbet and frozen yogurt flavors to choose from! The newest flavors at Jeni's are rootbeer and sweet cream. I just might have stop in the shop and see what these new flavors are all about.

Bobtail is another classic homemade ice cream parlor in Chicago. If you are feeling adventurous you can fill out a customer creation form and see if Bobtail chooses your flavor suggestion in their shop. Last years winning flavor was Bananas Foster. Yum!

Lickity Split Frozen Custard and Sweets

Lickity Split is known for its frozen custard. It's just as good as ice cream, but perhaps even better. All floats, sundaes, concretes, and shakes are made with their famous custard, and boy do they look delicious

George's Ice Cream & Sweets

George's has everything you could possibly want and need in an ice cream shop. Tons of flavors (32 to be exact) and cold drinks for warm days in the city. I could go for one of their Dreamsicle milkshakes right about now!

You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.
