Dear Lucky Guy,

Wow. Isn’t she amazing? Obviously you already know that, since you are about to ask her to be yours. Sometimes when we are spending time together, I just look at her and think how lucky I am to have her in my life. She’s beautiful. She has such a great personality. She’s funny. She gets me. This is how I want YOU to feel about her. I pray every day that you see and understand the light she reflects into this gray world.

While I see all these amazing things she has to offer, not only to the world, but to her future man, I have also seen at her at her worse. I have seen her angry, I have seen her cry, I have seen her break down. I have done the very best I could to be there for her when she needed someone to talk to or to lean on.

I want you to be that for her. I want you to understand her when no one else does. I want you to be that shoulder for her to cry on, when she can’t hold it together any longer. I want you to tell her that she’s beautiful when she has those old PJs on, with no makeup, and her hair in a bun. I want you to know that when she says, “I’m fine”, that that really means “I need you”. More than anything, I want you to be the one for her, so I can watch her fall more in love with you every single day. I want you to be the one for her, so she never has to fear love or commitment again. I want you to be the one for her, because you know just how special she is. I want you to be the one for her, because you make her happy.

She deserves nothing but the absolute best. I know you know that. I honestly can’t wait to see your relationship grow. She sees something very special in you, and to me, that’s everything.

I just ask you take care of her. Treat her with respect, love, and honor. If you don’t, just know that her best friend will be the one you have to deal with…and trust me…that just MIGHT be your worst nightmare.

I love her. Just to make that clear, I love her. As her best friend, I will be over-protective, but I know ultimately you will treat her right.

You really are one LUCKY guy. Don't let her go.

With much love,

Her Bestie

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
