Hey best friend,

When school started, I introduced you to this boy because I knew you two would hit it off. It just so happens, that I was right (probably because I know you way too well). I had lowkey been planning this out for half the summer because I knew you two would meet eventually, him being my boyfriends' best friend and all. I also am stoked about the fact that we are best friends and our boys are best friends, but that is besides the point.

You have been dealing with jerks the last two years and I just wanted you to have a good human for once. He is a naturally good guy and he is pretty funny and I knew that that was exactly what you needed in your life. You guys started hanging out a bunch once you finally met, which, of course, made me so excited. I could see you start to change, I could see the happiness light up your face when you talked about him and when you were with him. Then, I began to notice how your face was lit up all the time because this human just brings you so much joy.

I can see my best friend start to fall in love with this human. It is such an incredible experience to see you grow feelings for this boy because you always go on about how you don't have feelings. I've always known that you do though, you have plenty of emotions, you just choose not to share them as often. This boy brings out that side in you, he brings out the emotions in you and the love in you. You always joke about how you don't have a heart, but this boy is breaking down those walls that you have built around it. He's slowly but surely letting himself sink into your heart and eventually you're going to be in love with this human. I am so ecstatic to be able to witness you fall in love with a boy who treats you how you deserve to be treated because you've deserve that all along. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you two and I'm glad that I can be by your side while this chapter unfolds.
