To my best friend,

Thank you. Thank you for the late night phone calls, the Facetime dates, and the random texts. Thank you for being there for me in the good times as well as the not so good times. Thank you for making me laugh when I'm on the verge of tears.

You are honestly the most important person in my life. I would do anything for you, even if that means driving three hours at two in the morning because you need me. Anything you could ever need, all you have to do is call.

I honestly don't know where I'd be without you. When we met we immediately clicked, and I'm so thankful for that. You're my best friend, my shoulder to cry on, and my lifeline.

I want to reassure you that I am so proud of you. I don't tell you that enough, but I am so, so proud of you. You blow my mind daily at how amazing you are.

I have no idea what the future holds for either of us. But the one thing that I know for certain is that as long as I've got you in my life.

Love you big,

Your Best Friend

And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
