Only the lucky ones have been knowing their best friend for at least half of their lifetime. A childhood friend that became your sister and loves you as much as your mother does. We're so busy trying to find our soul mates romantically when maybe we have already found them within us. These are a couple of signs that your best friend is actually your soulmate.

Your connection

Not romantically, but you connect with this person more than anyone else. You've been inseparable since you guys first met. The relationship lives in the heart and true friends never part. You don't feel as comfortable with any other friend like you do with your best friend.

They believe in you

They believe in you more than you believe in yourself. This person only wants the best for you, if they love you this truly never take their advice for granted. At the end of the day, it's the only person that'll never leave your side and will want you to succeed as much as you do.

Makes life come to life

I personally don't know where I would be in life without this person in my life, everything would've turned out different and not the good kind. The world's greatest team; all of the laughs, the memories, and the crying therapy sessions are what make life an incredible journey by their side.

Hard Times

"Hard Times will always reveal true friends"; maybe it's not about the revealing of true friends but about how this person showed you that she's going to be by your side for a long time. Perhaps they don't have all the answers and band-aids to all your wounds but by being there by your side and hugging you tingly makes them heal better.

Can't get enough of each other

There's no such thing as ever getting bored or tired of being next to this person. You actually spend more time with them than anyone else; wether is doing absolutely nothing to being out on the best adventures and conquering the world.

They know every single detail of your life and you know theirs

From the moment you were born to the kindergartner and elementary bullying, all the context that made you who you were before you met them. This person is literally your diary and knows all your most intimate secrets. At this point, they just know too much to ever stop being your friend.

Everyone else thinks you guys are secretly dating

Yup, my parents and my best friend's parents have been thinking we are secretly having a lesbian relationship. It's not a true soul-mate friendship if the family rumors haven't started.

If you are this lucky to have your soul mate as your best friend, I advise you to hold onto them tight and never let them walk out of your life because these friends are irreplaceable and they were brought into your life for a reason; for soul growth and guidance.
