The Even Stevens Movie: What could be greater than a show that we

already know and love being turned into a movie? The loving Stevens family would wins an all-expense paid vacation to a tropical island, which quickly turns into the vacation from hell.

All Halloweentown Movies: Oh Halloweentown. Is there anything better
than watching witches and creatures trying to maneuver their way through life? I’m pretty sure at one point everyone wanted to be able to visit Halloweentown. Halloween time on Disney Channel is what most 90 kinds wait for. It’s the stuff of legends.

The Ultimate Christmas Present: Living in a town that never snows, 2 best friends steal a weather machine from Santa to try to make it snow.

Phantom of the Megaplex: 3 kids get on their detective hats to try to hunt down the phantom that is haunting their local movie theater.

The Luck of the Irish: Kyle seemed to have it all until, he started turning into a leprechaun! Kyle had to fight his way to save his family from losing their good luck forever.

Smart House: If you haven’t seen smart house, you need to stop what you’re doing right now and find it.  Ben wins a competition and wins a smart house. Ben, his sister and father move into this dream house that can do just about anything. The house is controlled by a system named Pat. However when Pat oversteps her role as and begins to act as a mother, well a smart house quickly turns into a strange house.

Brink!: After learning about his parents dire financial straits, Andy joins  sick sponsored skate team without his parents knowledge. These kids were definitely the trendsetter for the phrase “Brah”.

Zenon Movies: Just about every girl watched at least one of the Zenon movies. She was sent to earth and she had to learn how to adjust to her new life on earth. Not to mention the killer songs that we all used to love.

Cheetah Girls Movies: How can you mention Disney movie classics and leave out the Cheetah Girls? The awesome songs about friendship, and sticking together had us singing along for years. When Raven Symone didn’t join for the final movie, most of us were heartbroken.

Motocrossed: Is there anything more completely awesome than a girl competing in a motocross competition. After her twin brother can no longer race, Andrea takes his place and completely kicked ass!

The Color of Friendship: This movie really had people curious about white people living in Africa. Yes White people do live in Africa. This movie was about a black family taking in a foreign exchange student from Africa and when she arrived everyone was shocked that she wasn’t quite what everyone was expecting.

I know there are so many more out there but these are just a few of the Disney Channel Classics that kids who were born in the 1990’s enjoyed.

This is for the girls who have dealt with an emotionally, mentally, physically or verbally abusive father.

The ones who have grown up with a false lens of what love is and how relationships should be. The ones who have cried themselves to sleep wondering why he hurts you and your family so much. This is for all the girls who fall in love with broken boys that carry baggage bigger than their own, thinking it's their job to heal them because you watched your mother do the same.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

too tired to care

1. The awkward hellos on move-in day.

You're moving your stuff onto your floor, and you will encounter people you don't know yet in the hallway. They live on your floor, so you'll awkwardly smile and maybe introduce yourself. As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!

Recently I completed my freshman year of college, and boy, what an experience. It was a completely new learning environment and I can't believe how much I learned. In an effort to save time, here are the ten biggest lessons I learned from my first year of college.

1. Everyone is in the same boat

For me, the scariest part of starting school was that I was alone, that I wouldn't be able to make any friends and that I would stick out. Despite being told time and time again that everyone had these same feelings, it didn't really click until the first day when I saw all the other freshman looking as uneasy and uncomfortable as me. Therefore, I cannot stress this enough, everyone is feeling as nervous as you.
