So summer is right around the corner and a lot of families and friends are planning these really fun vacays, right? Well, what if you are on a budget or are just struggling with what you want to do? Unless you have like a ton of money to spend traveling the world or something like that a cruise is by far the best option.

1. The price

Cruises are not all affordable, but you can find some really good deals on different cruise lines. Also, the more people often times the cheaper!

2. Not having to stay in one place

If you go on vacation somewhere most of the time you are just in one place the whole time. On a cruise (depending on the number of ports) you can go to 2-5 and if you are really adventurous even more places.

3. So many options

Not only do you get to go to all these different ports, but what ports you go to you can choose. You can choose to port out of numerous places in the U.S. as well.

4. All inclusive

Okay so not only are cruises pretty cheap, generally, everything you pay is pretty much included. All the food you eat and activities you do. (There are some extra expenses if you choose to purchase those things, but they are not required.)

5. The food

Not that the food is like spectacular or anything special, but 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours a day you can go grab a slice of pizza or get yourself some ice cream. Not to mention the leto deck buffet during the day.

6. Relaxing

What is more relaxing than being out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no reception? Unless of course, that freaks you out or something.

7. The staff

These are the friendliness people you will ever meet. Like seriously. You spend about 5-7 day on an average cruise ship trip and these people that are on the ship will know your names within the first day. They are so cool and often times are the hardest part of leaving the cruise.

8. The activities

So when you have "sea days" and you do not go to a port you still have so many things to do. Most boats have water parks and adult serenities. They also have spas and things like mini golf. The nightlife is pretty good too with shows, clubs, and a casino so you never get bored.

9. The ports

You get to go to numerous different locations and often times different countries in a matter of five-seven day. How often do you do that on vacation? But not only do you get to go to these different places you also get to experience them.

You meet so many people from different countries. You can also go on excursions (for extra money) but with these, you get to see more attractions and do fun things.

10. The people

The staff is great, but you will also meet so many people that are cruising as well. You will be able to meet new friends, and maybe even run into people you went to school with.

Cruising is definitely the way to go when choosing your next vacation, especially if you are going as a large college group or even as a family.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
