Just about everyone loves coffee but they don't always know where to go get it. Knoxville is filled with some of the cutest and tasty coffee shops around. All of them offer a variety of flavors with their own little personal twist. Here are eight of the best coffee shops in Knoxville!

1. Remedy Coffee

Located in Old City, Remedy Coffee is a definite contender for some of the best coffee around. Their theme, painted on the wall, of coffee and conversation, shows how inviting this place is. So head in, grab some coffee, and have a nice chat with some of their friendly baristas! Don't forget to check out Maker's Donuts next door!

2. Wildlove Bakehouse

Wildlove Bakehouse, located in Old City, creates the perfect combination of coffee and baked goods. Baked fresh every day, Wildlove offers an assortment of pastries and other delicious baked items. So come in and grab yourself a latte and a croissant!

3. K-Brew

You can't beat a great atmosphere and yummy drinks! Both K-Brew locations offer this and so much more. Plus, K-Brew offers a free coffee-pro class!

4. Old City Java

Owned by the operators of Wildlove Bakehouse and located in, you guessed it, the Old City, Old City Java brings a warm and homey vibe you want in a coffee shop!

5. Honeybee

With two locations in different parts of Knoxville, you can get your coffee fix no matter where you live. Honeybee offers a modern take on the coffee shop while producing delicious creative drinks!

6. Third Creek Coffee

Previously known as The Blue Mason, Third Creek Coffee is rebranded and ready to serve yummy drinks!

7. The Empty Cup

The Empty Cup is a unique coffee shop with a lot of passion. They have a heart for adoption and many of their proceeds go towards adoption donations. The Empty Cup is extremely kid friendly and the perfect place to hang with your kids on a rainy day!

8. Awaken Coffee

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
