When I was younger, I read all the time as most of us probably did, thus books are very nostalgic to me. When I think of a lot of these titles, I am brought back to so many places: an elementary school book fair, a middle school reading class, and even to high school testing time. These books helped mold my childhood and adolescence in some shape or form, and I think a lot of people can relate. Here are the most memorable titles from throughout my younger years:
1. Anything Dr. Seuss, obviously
3. Goosebumps
4. Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark
5. Junie B. Jones
6. The Doll People
I remember when anticipating the release of The Runaway Dolls was the only thing on my mind.
7. Anything Shel Silverstein
The Giving Tree and Where the Sidewalk Ends in particular.
8. The Phantom Tollbooth
9. Diary of a Wimpy Kid
10. Dear America
11. A Series of Unfortunate Events
12. Hunger Games
13. Percy Jackson & the Olympians
14. Anything John Green
The Fault In Our Stars, Looking For Alaska, Will Grayson, Will Grayson--they're all great.
