The Best Banana Bread Recipe On The Planet

The weather is finally starting to heat up and summer is upon us! Summer barbecues and get togethers are just around the corner. If you are one that loves to entertain, try this awesome Banana Bread recipe that is always a show stopper.

My mom makes this Banana Bread all the time and people devour it. There is never any leftovers. This recipe is a must try!

Best Banana Bread

Recipe:

1 cup of all purpose flour

1 cup of pancake mix flour

3/4 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of butter, softened

2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 T. vanilla

1 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas

3/4 cup of orange juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. After combined until smooth, add bananas and orange juice. After all the ingredients are mixed, spread into a greased pan or a bundt cake pan and leave in the oven for about 60-65 minutes. Let the banana bread cool and dig in!
