Summer weather has just begun and you might be wanting to form a new habit: working out everyday.

On average, after just 21 days humans form habits. Here are five apps to help you form your new workout habits for the summer.

Nike+ Training Club

The Nike+ Training Club is one of the best apps on my phone. With this app you get walk-through workouts with some of the best people in the business. From personal trainers, nutritionists, professional athlete and Olympic Gold Medalists, you get one-on-one time with them while they tell you what to do next in your daily workout. The app divides the workouts by style, and then a focus section that features 10-15 minute intense workout focused on one area. There are so many features on this app, that if you download only one app make it this one.

Health App

The health app that comes with an iPhone is amazing for tracking your steps, logging your workouts and measuring progress. This app comes with all iPhones and it a super useful took for many occasions.

Sleep Cycle

Sleep is so important when it comes to living a healthy life. Help yourself wake up during a natural sleep cycle and see a huge improvement in your energy and passion throughout the day.

Daily Yoga

Last but not least is Daily Yoga, yoga routines and videos in your pocket just waiting to be tried. Although there are in-app purchases, you can get what you need for free or splurge if you love the app.
