As 2018 comes to an end, it is important to reflect on the good and bad this year has brought to our society. 2018 has been a unique year for the United States, with Donald Trump as president, and many other changes occurring around us. There is also, of course, a lot to appreciate this year, and some amazing things that have happened, which is why looking back at the good, the bad, and the ugly, is necessary in order to get a full report.

1. Stephen Hawking died

2. Far too many mass shootings

3. The Judge Kavanaugh hearings

4. Children were separated from their parents at the US border

5. Wildfires in California

6. George H.W Bush died

7. Explosion of the #MeToo movement

8. The thank u, next music video

9. There was a World Cup and an Olympics

10. There was a royal wedding

11. Beyonce and Jay-Z’s album

12. The most women ever were elected into Congress

13. Patagonia donated their entire $10 million tax break to the environment

14. The Boston Red Sox won the World Series
