Justin Bieber has been seen in the media since '08-'09 since his debut single "One Time." Almost everyone in the world has heard of the small town Canadian kid. The Bieber fandom, also known as "Beliebers," has continued to grow to the billions over the year (and I'm definitely a part of this fandom ;)) He has had 8 albums come out (counting his Christmas album, and two acoustic albums), and about to go on his third tour for his album Purpose. Here are my favorite Justin Bieber music videos through the years (oldest to newest).
1. One Time
This is Justin's first EVER single and music video. It's one of his songs that no one will forget. His music video consists of his hometown pals and his friend/mentor, Usher. This song not only made Justin famous, but it made his hair famous. What girl didn’t love his young Bieber swoop hair?
2. One Less Lonely Girl
Justin has a tradition of singing this song at his concerts. Somehow Justin (or his team) picks a random girl from the audience to become Justin's "One Less Lonely Girl." She gets a flower crown and sits on a "throne" while Justin serenades her with his songs. Every girl dreams of getting picked to be on stage. This music video is so cute! Justin sends a girl on a fun scavenger hunt that ends up at a place with string lights and flowers. I want to be Justin’s One Less Lonely Girl.
3. Love Me
This is one of my all time favorite Bieber songs. He opened his first tour, the My World tour, with this song, so it definitely has a special place in my heart. His music video consists of behind the scene footage, fans, and concert clips. You can’t but fall in love with Justin’s smile in this video!
4. Somebody to Love (remix) ft. Usher
This song is originally featured on one of Usher’s albums, and I have no doubt it was Usher’s idea that he sings it too. This music video is one of the first times there are dancers. Justin can dance, and if you don’t know that you can just watch his video above; JB can definitely entertain!
5. Mistletoe
His first Christmas album was a major hit! This music video is a basic love story about a girl and a boy, but its in the snow so that makes it even better right? For this video, he shot it in Franklin, TN, my hometown! When I heard Justin was filming not even 10 minutes from my house I HAD to go check it out; I saw him for just a second because they were going to film in the a.m. when no one would bother them. It was a fun experience, though.
6. Boyfriend
This video makes Justin look like a badass; showing up in a convertible and sunglasses. It makes every girl want Justin to be their boyfriend. This song was the first single released from his album Believe. It was a much-anticipated song that skyrocketed the iTunes sales when it came out.
7. Beauty and a Beat ft. Nicki Minaj
This music video is probably one of my most favorite music videos ever. It's just a lot of fun, and it makes you want to be a part of it! The whole time Justin is carrying a video camera (most likely a GoPro) at a huge waterpark. It looks like the video was almost videoed in one take which is pretty cool too. There are dancers and cool tricks, very entertaining and it makes you want to watch it over and over in case you missed something.
8. As Long As You Love Me
This music video is a storyline video about a boy that loves a girl, but her father is mean and doesn’t approve. All of his videos can make you fall in love with Justin, but this one really makes you believe in the bond of love. The video also has some kick-butt choreography to go with the cool storyline.
9. Where are Ü Now
This is technically not Justin’s song, but he sang on the track and is in the music video. This is one of the coolest concepts of a video I’ve ever seen. Every single clip of the music video was printed off and people doodled and drew on top of it, creating this awesome, colorful video. Below is what JACK Ü posted on this youtube video:
“With the video we wanted to just take it back to the beginning of the record & essentially create an ode to our fans. Doing what we do, it’s entirely all about the fans. We walk a fine line by being “famous” and in the public eye but we are only here because of you, the fans. Justin wrote this record during a tough time in his life and it comes to us that sometimes, as artists, we are also just objects and we have to take that as much as we have to use that to create. We all do this for you, respect that you put us here and it’s Ü that made the video.”
10. I'll Show You
This while video was filmed in Iceland. There is nothing much to the video besides Justin walking, sitting, running; but the landscaping is so beautiful, it doesn’t need anything else than that. This is one of my favorite songs of his new album so I was excited when this video came out.
11. Children
This is a cool video concept that features dancers that look under the age of 16. The song is about the young generations being the change in the world, and ridding the world of the evil.
12. Sorry
This video is another fun video, featuring the dancers of a dance company called ReQuest. The girls are in fun colorful outfits and the dancing is awesome. I love when artists don’t feature themselves in a music video and do something like this that gives these dancers a chance to be seen.
