In my good friend Somya Jain's article on why UC Berkeley is a "living, breathing meme," she described the "seizure-inducing" website of the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department.
However, Somya just scratched the surface of what is not only one of the most noted, but possibly the "dankest" department of the university. Here are a few examples of such EECS memory.
1. Guerilla Sections
Although the petition Somya mentioned (renaming guerilla section "Harambe Section") did not come to fruition, this student did so regardless.
2. 240 Cory Hall
What else would you think about when you're headed to a discussion? WOOHOO!
3. Okay, but enough with Harambe memes... We have problem sets with troll faces.
This problem included an audio file of the "Troll Song." Yes, old but gold.
4. More meme-themed practice problems!
Much function, very confusion, w0w.
5. And last, but not least: doctoring the view of the Bay as seen on every "Number 1 Public University in the World!" promotion.
Because, after all, only EE16A kids will remember this.
