Cannabis, weed, pot, the devils lettuce. These are all names we have become so familiarize with for the notoriously famous marijuanna plant. The stigma that marijuanna carries is one of mystery. It is more benefitial than alcohol yet it is still frown upon by older generations. According to a survey conducted by Monitoring the Future stated that 34.9% of 12th grades have used marijuana and 21.3 % were current user. Clearly millennia's have minimal issues when it comes to getting utilizing the plant to get high and they shouldn't be. Now lets see the actual benefits of of marijuanna.

The chemical Cannabidiol otherwise known as CBD is responsible for numorous physiological and mental processes. This compound makes up the second largest content of marijuana. Cannabidiol helps receptors to work at maximum capacity. As a result, CBD aids in stabilizing epilepsy and seizure.

3. You Can't Die From An Overdose

Up to this day, there have not been any official cases of death involving an overdose of weed. When looking at its opponent alcohol kills about 2.5 million people annual.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.
