College can be a crazy time with all of the homework, classes and the friends. Being around so many people all the time you are bound to get sick and you might not be used to being sick on your own. Unfortunately, you don't have your mom or dad to take care of you so you have to look out for your own health. So here's a few things you should do if your sick in college.
1. Email Your Professors
Don't be afraid to let them know what is going on, they care about your well being as well and they want you to get better.
2. Rest Up
Do not be up partying into the dead of night of you have a fever of 102. Getting a lot of rest is crucial to you getting better. The more time you put off resting the more time you will spend being sick.
3. Go To The Health Center
Go see what is going on, the people at the health center only want to make you feel better.
4.Drink Fluids
And by fluids I do NOT mean alcohol. Try drinking lots of water so you don't get dehydrating and try to work your way up to some gatorade.
