Being A Night-owl Can Sometimes Thirst Your Knowledge

The changing times could not falter a night owl’s regular routine. Coming from ideas and pitches, there are absolute chances that a quick nap could ease the day, but time is always on your side when you are an insomniac. It would be nice to catch a few Z’s. Nevertheless, mornings are a sufficient time to sleep though the news is perfect for watching for those that who are sleep deprived. The stories of the day cannot always lift your spirit but makes life neutral. A definition of an insomniac is a person who is regularly unable to sleep but I have to admit I tend to work from dusk to dawn. Sometimes an image of the brilliant, Ernest Hemingway who was a very punctual writer comes to mind.

The days and nights work like clockwork. The flow of ideas never end but it wasn’t brought onto me because I chose it to be. Insomnia could be settled but when is the right time to take a recess? It is good to organize the day the way you want it to be but growing takes little organization and whatever comes your way just does. Life moves fast. We could always grin and smile but the windows of creativity never sleep and everyday something good can be added to your life. To build a future, sleep can either help or do nothing at all.

There are many factors of the benefits of sleep. It alters our sleep patterns. For an insomniac, it can create havoc. Sleep doesn’t interfere with our actions but insomnia can cause bad luck. It can make us grumpy. The things that keep us up all night are not always good. It can be nightmarish. Trying to straighten out your life takes a lot of juggling.

It comes close to nirvana when a person takes a long nap. They are free from harm or free to just be free. Changing your insomniac ways isn’t strange but you must follow your own heart and health. Sleep is a natural characteristic. To take charge of your sleep is the release that we all need.

Many times, over, a person doesn’t intentionally stop sleeping. It just takes a touch of planning. Sleep time can be shifted from day to night. Sleep is always encouraged. For an insomniac, it isn’t easy to come by. Inspiration flies through our minds constantly. We get involved with it then we get carried away. Going back to childhood is good because this is the time when sleep gets you out of the funk. It just takes a few Z’s to face it. Sleep is regarded as a non-missed opportunity.Insomnia needs to be cured because even though energy and the love for a career is embroidered in our brains, we need to think about what the lack of sleep does to our minds and bodies. Plus it affects others around us as well.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
