Being home from college while living with your parents brings up a lot of emotions. Using GIFs from some of our favorite shows from the 1990s and early 2000s, I try to explain how it feels being home again.

1. When you're in your room alone and your mom comes in

2. How you feel getting home from your summer retail job

3. "We expect you to get out of bed before 11"

4. When you go to bed before 1 a.m.

5. Missing your friends from college

6. Wondering where all the cute college boys are

7. Finding ways to pass the time other than homework

8. Seeing the kids that used to make fun of you get arrested only after a year in college

9. Being back with your siblings

10. Literally feeling like a episode of Lizzie McGuire

11. "Why don't you look at classes for next year?"

12. "Can you do the dishes?"

13. Being Prince Zuko

Because at the end of the day you just can't wait to hug your college friends again

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
