GROWN MEN SCREAMING ONE GIRLS NAME INTO THE ABYSS
Ahhh the classic group date never gets old, until now. This week a group of eight men goes through an obstacle course to propose to Becca. Every man with abs thinks they are going to win and men who are ab-less are counting on their smarts. Interesting. In a turn of events, Lincoln wins. (I spent my whole time watching this by baking because my cupcakes were more interesting than this group date).
BUT
THEN DRAMA HAPPENS! Lincoln gets a framed photo of him and Becca and continuously places it in front of the other males. Every guy is annoyed but Lincoln states "where else am I suppose to put it?" After the men express to Lincoln that they are tired of it he stops moving it and just continues to talk about it. Connor has enough and throws the picture frame and it breaks. I can't tell if Lincoln has feelings for Becca, it comes off as he is forcing his emotions with not full feelings behind it yet. Connor just shouldn't have broken the picture because girls see this as "this is something so little and not a big deal and he got this mad? What's gonna happen when he gets mad at me?" and thus Becca basically felt this way.
I really hope that whole thing was staged because y'all are GROWN MEN.
At the end of the group date, the underdog rises and Jean Blanc gets the group date rose. Jean Blanc is there for Becca.
FIRST ONE ON ONE DATE
The adorable Blake goes on the first one-on-one date with Becca...to smash a bunch of stuff about Arie? I mean I would love to do that too butttttttt it's like "Becca remember that jerk ex of yours? You're gonna think about how much you hate him while on your first date with your potential husband!" All in all, Blake is amazing. Becca is amazing. I'm a little confused because all they appeared to talk about is how alike they are and how much they like each other? But I remember that ABC does cut some stuff out and perhaps their date isn't elaborated on because he'll get so much screen time in the future...
Also, Lil John blasted music while this was all happening. So there was that.
DODGEBALL DATE!
The most impressive thing from this date was that Leo took on five other guys.
The cocktail party after revealed that Colton briefly dated her close friend Tia from Arie's season. Points to Colton for revealing that because he could've kept that hidden for a whileeeeeeee. But honesty is not always the best policy. This information made Becca rethink their relationship. She was put in a difficult spot and ultimately Colton's name was the last name for the last rose.
You go Colton!
ROSE CEREMONY
The most exciting part of the cocktail party before the rose ceremony was the previews saying Jordan was walking around naked.
Jordan was walking around in briefs to 'show his confidence and how comfortable he is with Becca'...that's just awkward. But everyone knows he is there for himself so we all look past it.
And chicken boy-David- gets pissed that Jordan interrupted his time with Becca and confronts Jordan about it. But Jordan has a point of saying he isn't the first guy to cut another guys time short but his almost bare nakedness was disturbing for all.
After this episode, it seems clear which guys clearly care about Becca and which guys clearly care about TV screen time.
CONFUSION
*Also I was pretty shocked that Alex got thrown in with the guys sent home, I thought they had a good connection TBH.
