After surfing the section of top rated products on Ulta I have compiled a list of fun, exciting products to purchase just in time for summer! All of these products scream summer with their tropical and fruity scents the perfect way to get in the sunny spirit. Each product will have the link below if you do want to put these in your cart.

The Body Shop Mango Body Yogurt

Moisture is a big part of summer. Keeping your skin smooth and hydrated is perfect for when you are laying out in the sun all day and what better product to use than one that sounds delicious. The Body Shop Mango Body Yogurt is a great product to hydrate your skin. It comes in a cute tub container and holds 6.98 oz. For 15 dollars it is a steal. The body yogurt is a gel consistency and leaves the skin smooth, without being sticky.

It is vegan and limited edition so putting this on your summer cart now would not be a bad idea!

Dionis Honeysuckle and Coconut Hand Cream

The next product is also for moisturizing and a must have because the scent just sounds like heaven. The product is perfect to throw in your purse or beach bag for those summer time trips. Because the hand cream has goat milk, the ph level of the cream matches your skin and it stays on your skin longer than most hand creams. Vitamin A and D are also in this hand cream to help hydrate and give life to your skin. The product is also cruelty free. For only 3.49 dollars this is a hard deal to pass, you can find it here!

Batiste Tropical Scent

Dry shampoo is almost a must during the summer time when there are long day trips and long nights. Batiste Tropical Scent will bring not only volume to your hair, but also make your hair soft and smell amazing with the tropical scent for summer. A purchase of 7.99 dollars will go along way for the upcoming months.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray

Sticking with the theme of moisture, this product will leave your face hydrated and refreshed, while helping your skin at the same time. There are three different scents for the Mario Badescu Facial Spray but all include aloe, which is amazing at healing your skin. However, the one with cucumber and green tea is good and packed with minerals and vitamins that help your face after being in the sun all day. A great purchase for 7 dollars that is also cruelty free.

The next three products are all sunscreen related and will help you stay protected out on the beach or any all day outdoor activity.

Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen SPF 70

Yes, that is right SPF 70. It is rare to find a sunscreen past 50 SPF, so when one is 70 and is only $10.99 it is hard to make an excuse not to purchase for summer. Click here to take a peek!

Pacifica Sun and Lip Care SPF 30 and Sun and Skin Care Mineral SPF 50 Face Stick

These two products smell amazing with the coconut and shae butter formula. The lip balm leaves your lips sun protected and is water resistant when you are out in the waves or your backyard pool. It is also UVA protected and is only 5 dollars.

The face stick is all of the above as well. It is 10 dollars and protects your face from UVAs and UVBs. With the dark blue packaging on both it looks like you are ready for the ocean! Both products are also vegan.

Tarte Be A Mermaid and Make Waves Eyeshadow Palette

Lastly, treat yourself at the end with a splurge on the Tarte Mermaid Palette. Yes, it is 42 dollars and there are other palettes that you can easily buy instead. However, if you are looking for an expensive item to purchase, this palette is the one. 14 shades are cutely packaged inside the palette and the palette itself is shaped like a shell. If you were to go big, this exotic item would be perfect to get in the summer time.

Hopefully these eight products brought you closer to feeling the sun and smelling the beach!

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Kourtney Kardashian

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
