Ugh. Its midterms again. You're tired of class, tired of the people in class, and maybe just tired. Cause there are a ton of tests/projects/presentations going on. But not everything has to be doom and gloom during the dreaded mid-semester slump. Here are some ideas to help get you out of it!
1. Follow a random animal Instagram. That way when you're taking a "study break" on your phone there will be something to brighten your day! (youtube videos of adorable animals also count for people who don't do the whole insta thing)
2. Take a nap. Sometimes your brain needs a break and getting a little extra sleep never hurts. Just make sure to set an alarm...or five.
3. Treat yo self. Buy that new shirt you want, or video game, or book, or whatever you do to give yourself a treat. Just give yourself a little love cause you're worth it.
4. Smile at someone. Not creepily or anything. That's weird, but smiling releases happy endorphins. So smile a bit more and it can really change your mood.
5. If all else fails, ice cream. Nuff said.
