It's a known fact that all dogs are amazing. We've all seen the movie "All Dogs Go To Heaven". They're beautiful, kind, selfless creatures that were given to us as a gift. We are undeserving.

So yes, I strongly agree all dogs are amazing. The big, the small, the beautiful, the ugly; they're all worthy of our adoration and affection. But being a professional Beagle Owner since birth, I have to say that beagles are the best dog.

If you are a beagle owner, you're probably saying "Heck, yes. Beagles are the best," and you're right. If you aren't a beagle owner, you're saying, "No way, my chocolate lab is way smarter and prettier than any other hound!" or something like that. Yes, beagles aren't the smartest or the quietest or at all the easiest to handle, but they are the best dog breed in the whole word.

1. They're the cutest puppies.

Look at those eyes. Look at that face. Are you melting yet?

2. They go great in packs.

There's always room to get more dogs! The more the merrier with beagles. They'll welcome any newcomer with open arms.

3. They're the perfect size.

They're small enough to be cuddly lap dogs, but they're also big enough to mess around with. You don't have to worry about squishing them or "handling" them delicately, but they're still able to fit on your lap. They're the perfect compromise for the big dog/small dog debate.

4. They're very photogenic.

Beagles will always strike a pose for you when you go to snap their picture. The only downside to this is that they might look better than you in photos.

5. They're VERY playful.

Beagles are known for their playful behavior. They're always down to play fetch, keep-away or just to chase you around the dining room table. They're game to play with any dog, cat, human being, or even just a piece of paper towel they found in the trash.

6. They're great at cheering you up.

Beagles know when you're upset. There have been many times when I've been crying and one of my dogs will get up from their nap to come comfort me. Your sadness is their sadness, and they'll do anything to make you feel better.

7. They're the best dates you'll ever go on.

There's no reason to have a significant other to get ice cream with when you have a beagle. They're always down to grab a cup of frozen custard, or take a walk around the neighborhood, or just to cuddle and watch Netflix on a lazy afternoon. I've had never had a bad time when a beagle has been my companion.

8. They love car rides.

They love going for car rides, whether it's just running a quick errand to the bank or a road trip to the beach. They'll sit on your lap and stick their heads out the window the whole way.

9. They get along with everyone.

When I was growing up, my friends always asked me how my cats and dogs got along so well because of the stereotype that they were enemies. Beagles get along with almost every creature (except maybe rabbits and chipmunks), and it was never a problem bringing in a new baby to the family.

10. They're great at long distance.

Living 600 miles away is hard, but my dogs always make time to Skype or Facetime me. It's the thing that keeps my spirits up and reminds me why I'm at college in the first place (to be able to provide for my future beagles obviously).

11. They're the sweetest dogs.

Along with being playful, beagles are known for their very mild and sweet nature. They're very kind and gentle. That's actually why they're used in testing labs; they aren't prone to fight and actually think the people testing on them have good intentions. They're the sweetest creatures you'll meet. How could they not be, with faces like that?

12. Happiness is a warm beagle.

There's a reason Snoopy was a beagle. The epitome of happiness is being cuddled up with one (or five) of these warm, silly, fun and sweet hounds.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
