For all you people out there looking down at yourself and saying "shit," don't worry, because I've got the ultimate guide to getting your dream summer beach body, and it'll work in no time. You ready?
Step One: Pick out your favorite bathing suit.
Step Two: Put that shit on.
Step Three: Hydrate, because you need to.
Step Four: Look at yourself in a full-length mirror.
Step Five: Say, "Damn!"
Step Six: Put on some sunscreen (and bring the bottle with you).
Step Seven: Go to the beach!!
Listen, if you really feel like you wanna step up your workout routine for summer, then that's great for you, my guy, and you can do whatever you please. But you don't go to the beach because people are gonna look at you; you go to the beach to get some rest and have fun! You don't need to look any certain way to accomplish that.
