There is nothing better than having a circle of boss friends. Girls these days are always competing with one another instead helping each other boss up. Girls don't realize that what's meant for you will always be for you. It's time to start sticking together. Stop comparing yourselves to one another. Stop feeling intimidated and start feeling inspired. There are many things that help with keeping a circle of boss friends, and a few of them are listed below.

Support

Supporting one another is very important in having a strong friendship. Whatever your hustle is or your friend's hustle is, it should be supported. You should help as much as you can. I never truly understood how someone can be a friend to someone, and not want to see them succeed. The feeling should be mutual. Supporting can be something as simple as showing up to their events, promoting their hustle on social media, telling others about it. Something so little can really help.

Constructive Criticism

Constructive criticism comes along with supporting your friend. Every friend needs an honest one. Your friend is never going to reach her highest potential if you hold her hand throughout the process. Also, when giving constructive criticism you have to be cautious of what you say. Sometimes your constructive criticism is not needed. There should be a balance of criticism and compliments. Same goes for you, you don't want a friend who only tells you what you want to hear. You also don't want a friend who just wants to critique every aspect of your life.

Motivation

Sometimes your friend may lack confidence in what their pursuing. To maintain a friendship as female bosses you have to push them to keep going. Sometimes motivation from a close friend is what we need to get back on track. If you don't do this for your friend, then they won't realize how much of a boss they truly are. If you're not motivating your friend then you're not helping. Same goes for your friend, if they're not motivating you then maybe they don't want to see you succeed.

Network

Network. Network. Network. In my Dj Khaled voice, I shall say this is the key to success. If you know someone who is interested in the same areas that your friend is, introduce them. This should be vice versa. Your friend should do the exact same thing for you. Networking will help your hustle expand to others.

Having a circle full of boss friends requires a lot work. At the end of the day all of you are bettering yourselves. Support goes both ways. If you see a girl doing her thing, don't be too stuck up to let her know. Let's all be female bosses together.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
