Recently, I have seen a movie called Batman by Tim Burton. I love this movie because it was the first Batman movie in the series and Michael Keaton acts as Batman throughout the entire movie. There are great actors in this film with a lot of experience in the film industry, such as Jack Nicholson, who plays the Joker. The plot and theme of the story are dark and mysterious, as there are many scary scenes in the movie. This movie is a superhero movie that means a lot to me because every time I watch it reminds me of my childhood. When I was eight years old, I used to dress up as Batman for Halloween and my interest in superheroes has never disappeared over the years. I think superhero movies have good messages to tell and are much easier to relate to than people think. Batman is a great representation of how people should be caring and helpful to others. Watching superhero movies reminds me of all real-life superheroes, like cops and firefighters, who risk their lives every day for us.

The film was made in 1989. I think the film had excellent sound and graphics effects that resembled those of the television show. The angles and surroundings of the city seemed gloomy and dark, adding great aesthetics. The structure of the movie was excellent as there was a lot of background information and anecdotal stories told about the origins of how the Joker and Batman were created. The focus on how these people were created really intrigued me. The written script for the movie is exciting. Lots of action and dialogue in the movie, but I wished they had better lighting and clarity for some of the scenes in the movie for more clarity. However, I can't complain because this filter makes a good narrative that relates to superheroes and villains. My favorite part of this movie was when the Joker fell into the tub of acid that burned his face during the Batman-Joker fight.

At the beginning of the movie, the joker attempts to become the mayor of Gotham City and take control of the city with corruption and crime. The joker provides attacks and illegal business through Gotham until Batman tries to stop his madness. The joker has poisoned most of the city with his commercial products that flooded the city. Batman had to end his power before it was too late. The Gotham people at one point envisioned Batman as a villain and not a hero because people were confused and knew nothing about him. Soon to find out that was not the case. Fortunately, Batman is always faithful to his citizens and helped save the day as he always does. I enjoy how Batman is a human without ordinary superpowers. However, he has the passion and determination that everyone should try to achieve.

In conclusion, I have seen this movie many times and it keeps getting better and better. Tim Burton is one of my all-time favorite directors because I love his dark themes and life messages mentioned in his narratives, like in my example from the movie called "Big Fish". I liked this movie best of all the Tim Burtons movies. I try to incorporate the traits and personalities of superheroes into my everyday life as I hope to help people with whatever they end up doing in the future. The motivation I get from watching Batman movies is like any other.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
