Fall is approaching! The Bath and Body Works 2016 fall collection came out in August and has some familiar scents in it. Here is what I picked up from B&BW to help me start off the fall season smelling great!

1. Crisp Morning Air

Described as a mixture of pine, pear, and juniper; this scent is currently being sold online in candles, hand soap, nourishing hand cream, wallflower fragrances, and scent portables. Click the link HERE to see them all on the Bath & Body Works website.

2. Golden Autumn Day

Golden autumn day's notes are mandarin, autumn leaves & blonde woods. Currently, the only product available in this scent that is selling online is the Golden Autumn Day Nourishing Hand Cream ($5). My favorite fall scent of ALL time is B&BW "Perfect Autumn Day", but unfortunately it did not make a come back this year. This scent might just be a dupe for the perfect autumn day scent released in previous years. As I type, I am smelling last years perfect autumn day pocket bac (yes, I am that girl that never uses the things they like the most so that it doesn't go empty), and these both smell the same. Both scents have underlying notes of fruit and musk. My disappointment of the perfect autumn day scent not returning this year has been resolved!

3. Fall Lakeside Breeze

This scent is described as a blend of sandalwood, sweet basil, and blue sage. The fall lakeside breeze packaging is different and more appealing than last years. This year, B&BW added shiny copper leaves to the fall collections packaging and they are super cute! Available here online in hand sanitizer and hand soap.

4. Leaves

Leaves is a very popular scent and reoccurring favorite at Bath and Body Works. The scent leaves has notes of golden nectar, red apples, and spiced berries. During the summertime, Bath and Body Works car scent portables work wonders! The hot sun melts the liquid activating it and making it fill the car with the scent. Unfortunately, in the winter/colder days, it does not work as good. Leaves is available HERE in many different products.

5. Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte

I saved the best for last! This scent is my favorite this fall. I am always hesitant when I see the word 'pumpkin' in the title of any scent. I absolutely love the fall season but the smell of pumpkin makes me squirm. Thankfully, the pumpkin in this scent is overpowered by the toasted marshmallow note! The notes include toasted marshmallow, pumpkin latte, creamy sandalwood, praline musk, and white ginger. This scent is back for its third year and is available online in everything B&BW sells! ($3.50 - $18.00)

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
