If walking into the gym is intimidating because you have no idea where to start, what to do, or how in the world to use any of the scary-looking machines, then you might be interested in personal training. If you're looking for something a little more in-depth, then you should take advantage of the three free personal training sessions that are available to all FSU students. After you have used your three free sessions you can check out the personal training packages available for purchase. Group Exercise Classes
