It isn't about immigration. Obama's many speeches about acceptance of immigrants is only if they are Syrian 'refugees.' Do not be fooled, he is only out for the destruction of the United States and it's time someone said that. It's time our generation wake up. Obama is not the best person to ever walk the earth. He is a wolf in sheep's skin. And if you think granting amnesty to 'refugees' is true, you are fooled.

President Obama uses his executive power to circumvent the Constitution and Congress. His actions destroy the core of Democracy, although his liberal acolytes support his illegal actions.

First of all, what is an Executive Order? According to Jeffrey C. Fox they have been used by President Washington and are legally binding orders given by the President, acting as the head of the Executive Branch, to Federal Administrative Agencies.

The president only has a few enumerated powers the Constitution gives him: Commander-in-Chief, require reports from his cabinet officers, grant pardons, make treaties but only with Consent of Senate, appoint Senior Officials and Judges, again with advice and consent of the senate. He has a duty to deliver the State of the Union. He can recommend Legislation and call Special sessions of Congress. He can resolve gridlock, as for the time of adjournment. He receives ambassadors and he shall take care of the laws he is faithfully executing. Lastly, the president gives all officers of the United States, including Military officers, their commissions. There is nothing here that suggests he can grant amnesty to illegal aliens.

It was not within the president's power to grant amnesty, especially without Congress advice or consent. The 14th amendment was intended for this reason exactly. First of all, an alien is any person who is not a citizen or national of the United States. An immigrant is an alien admitted to the United States as a lawful permanent resident. An illegal alien is someone who enters the United States without immigration inspection or without an appropriate visa authorizing entry.

The original intent of the fourteenth amendment is summed up by Senator Jacob Howard in 1866, "Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.”

Quite simply, the Fourteenth Amendment currently is being interpreted to grant automatic birthright citizenship to children born in the United States of illegal alien parents. “The present guarantee under American law of automatic birthright citizenship to the children of illegal aliens can operate...as one more incentive to illegal migration and violation by nonimmigrant aliens already here.” The consequences of such actions include debt, because it is already so expensive to have a baby in the U.S legally. They also include population and environmental disturbances.

Despite that, liberals will claim that there is a low grade prejudice behind states that ramp up legislation to curb illegal immigration such as Alabama and Arizona. This is so, simply because the problem should be addressed at the root and that again is the business interests that form the foundation reason illegals come to this country in the first place. This is their argument. Prejudice is not the issue here. Obeying, respecting, and upholding the Constitution is the main objective!

If you still think Obama is for refugees, then please do kindly remember his refusal to grant asylum to a Christian homeschool family.

They made it here but were not granted asylum. The sixth circuit court wouldn't even hear the case. The Obama administration failed to give justification. They only stated that the family was not being target. It's illegal to homeschool in Germany, this is nothing personal.

Oh, but the other Syrian 'refugees', right they're all being 'persecuted' yet it's not individually being targeted. IT'S ALL A LIE! It is because they are Christian and homeschooling that they had a hard time coming to America to be free. Obama is not for immigration.

And the Judiciary system has, in the past, refused to hear any case that contains a straightforward challenge to the presidents actions. The court, they say, should not concern itself into the middle of a political dispute according to It should show respect of Government by staying out of these kinds of questions. This is a big cop out.

It's the duty of the whole system to carefully and lawfully review every action by each pillar. Right now, as we feared, the pillars of democracy are failing, crumpling under one man and his agenda to make this beautiful democracy a fiery communist country. Wherein we all obey him.

As American citizens, it is our duty, our privilege and our right to refute any illegal action taken by our system. The Legislative system is made up of elected officials. We deserve to be listened to. The Constitution deserves to be followed. It is the only way out of this Communism, of this illegal amnesty. It is the only way out of this discrimination.

No man is above the law…Especially the president.

“When government acts and works and rules outside the Constitution we are no longer a nation of laws. We have become a nation of man. That is exactly the opposite of what the founders intended and we’ve lost our legacy…and we’re loosing our freedom.” (Farris, 2011)

I have said before that we are standing on the edge of a revolution. I believe it is beyond time to put that revolution into action. I believe that we have to tear this government down to its very core. Remind ourselves its original intent and rebuild from the core Christian values it was founded on. Remember, that it is our freedom on the line. We are soldiers now, all of us who support the constitution. We are fighting in the battle to be truly free again and that is worth fighting for.

It's officially December. There is less than a month of 2024, and I still feel like yesterday was summer. Now comes the merriest time of the year, the Christmas season.

Everyone has been waiting for this time of year since mid-October (which is way too early, in my opinion) or before. It's a time of love, family, memory-making, and gift-giving. A lot of times when I ask friends and family what they want, I get a lot of "I don't know" or "I don't care."
