As told by Michael Scott.

The Office/Suzou.net

From Angela's conservative attitude to Michael Scott's bumbling idiocy, The Office encompasses everyone from all walks of life. If you're a raging nerd with a love of competition and weaponry, Dwight's your man. If you're just trying to get by doing the absolute bare minimum then Stanley is for you. If you have a penchant for pranks and sarcasm, you're probably a big fan of the office jokester, Jim Halpert. The Office's eclectic cast has made the show extremely popular, and many viewers are enamored by the witty dialogue and outrageous scenes that these actors are able to put together. So in honor of this quality show, here are my top ten favorite Michael Scott gifs that describe college in a nutshell.

1. When you wake up the morning of the first day of classes.

2. When your professor tells you to present something to the class any way you want to.

3. When you see your BFF after a summer apart.

4. When your professor gives you a project without a rubric.

5. When you're pretending to be OK after totally bombing an exam you studied hard for.

6. When all your friends are going out but you have to study.

7. When you finally get to let loose after a week of boredom.

8.When the mid-semester blues hit you.

9. When you're having one of those days where nothing is going right so you go to the dining hall and drown your sorrows in ice cream.

10. When you have to tell your parents your grades before the curve saves you.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

For many undergraduates across the nation, the home stretch has begun. Only one more semester remains in our undergraduate career. Oh, the places we will go! For the majority of college seniors, this is simultaneously the best and worst year out of the past four and here’s why.

1. The classes you are taking are actually difficult.

A schedule full of easy pottery throwing and film courses is merely a myth on the average campus. With all of those prerequisites for the upper-level courses and the never-ending battle you fight each year during registration for limited class seats, senior year brings with it the ability to register for the final courses you need to fulfill your major. Yet, these are not the easy entry level courses. These are the comprehensive, end of major, capstone courses designed to apply the knowledge from all your previous courses, usually in the form of an extensive research paper or engaged learning project. The upside is you actually probably really enjoy these classes but alas there is no room for slackers here.
