MTV's "Jersey Shore" is now streaming on Hulu, and it is God's gift to trashy reality TV. If you spent the holiday break even half as pumped up as these party people, you are definitely not looking forward to the start of spring semester. With the start of school looming ahead, let's look at what the cast of "Jersey Shore" thinks about going back to school.

1. When your first alarm goes off.

2. When your second alarm goes off.

3. When biking to class is the most physical activity you've done since the break.

4. When you make it to your first class before your professor.

4. When the slideshow goes from "Syllabus" to "Chapter 1" in the first 10 minutes of class.

5. When you see that you have a class with your friend.

6. When you leave your first class with 30 pages of reading for homework.

7. When you think back to the days before the break ended.

8. When you see how long the lines are for lunch in the Student Union.

9. When there's that one annoying person in your class.

10. When you can finally go home but you're almost too exhausted to walk.

11. When you're already procrastinating on your assignments and it's only day two.

12. When the weekend finally comes and you're ready to go out.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
